Dear Speakers,
We kindly ask you to submit your materials on time and follow the technical requirements, which will ensure the proper organization of your presentation!
PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS
Format: PowerPoint only (.ppt / .pptx).
If submitted in PDF or Keynote format, the presentation will NOT display correctly!
Recommended resolution: 1920 × 1080 pixels (Full HD, 16:9).
Images, logos, photos: acceptable formats — .jpg, .jpeg, .png.
Videos: if your presentation contains video, it must be embedded directly in the file
(NOT as a hyperlink, NOT as a YouTube or any other video host link).
Please also send all embedded videos as separate files!
Submission deadline
To ensure high-quality preparation of your presentation, please follow the above technical requirements and send all materials by December 1, 2025.
